When I inquired online about the unit I was convinced that a smaller unit would have worked. When I arrived to load the unit I realized I could not get certain items through the units door. Andrew quickly found a unit to accommodate my needs.

GGreat customer service from Andrew on check in even though it was 15 minutes before quitting time. I was impressed. My only complaint is the height of the check in pads ... they're designed for trucks apparently so with my little compact, I have to get out of my car to reach it. There is a sign that says you can check in with your phone.. That should have been explained to me at check in or soon after. It seems I have to track down that information myself

The facility was easy to find and the manager was so nice and accommodating! They are changing their storage doors to new ones. The storage was one of the lowest prices AND its a drive up which was great. Overall would recommend this for storage!

First, Andrew the manager was AWESOME! But, I rented a 10 x 15 unit. Unfortunately, the unit is not 15 feet long, more like 14' 6". Had to rent a larger unit, felt like i was misled.
